Rail Wellbeing Live, the industry's largest FREE health and wellbeing event will be taking place over three days on 7-9 November; with the sole purpose of improving the mental and physical health of the people who work across our industry.
Inspirational speakers including Sir Steve Redgrave, Dr Alex George and Davina McCall will be sharing their experiences on topics such as mental health, relationships, and resilience. Plus, over 50 experts will be offering practical advice on diet, sleep, stress, mindfulness, fitness, financial wellbeing and so much more. There are over 40 free sessions so you can ‘pick and mix’ the ones that suit you.
Whilst it is being delivered in partnership with Network Rail, the content applies to everyone and you are all welcome, regardless of where you work in our business.
