Wellbeing Wednesday – May 25

May’s Wellbeing Wednesday session focused on navigating change with confidence. Change is inevitable yet navigating it can be one of life’s greatest challenges. The session explored the psychology behind change, including cognitive and emotional responses, and strategies to move from resistance to acceptance.  Guest speaker, Cliff Hawkins, Clinical Psychologist also shared insights to better understand reactions to change and develop healthier coping mechanisms.

In high-pressure environments banter is often part of the job.This session tackles the fine balance between camaraderie and crossing boundaries, helping you recognise the difference and build a positive work culture.

What are Wellbeing Wednesdays?

Wellbeing Wednesday livestreams are hosted on the second Wednesday of each month. They can be viewed live at 11am or later on catch-up. Please do subscribe via the Rail Wellbeing website!

Whilst it is being delivered in partnership with Network Rail, the content applies to EVERYONE and you are all welcome, regardless of where you work.
