May’s Wellbeing Wednesday session focused on navigating change with confidence. Change is inevitable yet navigating it can be one of life’s greatest challenges. The session explored the psychology behind change, including cognitive and emotional responses, and strategies to move from resistance to acceptance. Guest speaker, Cliff Hawkins, Clinical Psychologist also shared insights to better understand reactions to change and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
