To make the make of the most of the event, RWL are making the 6-10 November a week of wellbeing. So why not watch a wellbeing session as a team, plan a team wellness walk, find a shared space and try some chiquong or Blendfit, or create a buffet of heathy snacks for everyone at your base/depot/office/yard?

Let the Rail Wellbeing Live team know what you plan with your teams.
