Rail Wellbeing Live registration is now open

Rail Wellbeing Live is back bigger and better ever and for the first time ever spread across three days on Tuesday 7th, Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th November 2023. 

They’ll be 50 free virtual sessions that you can pick and mix, focusing on advice on diet, sleep, stress, mental health, fitness, breathing, gut health, relaxation techniques, fatigue, financial worries and so much more. Plus they’ll be over 60 speakers including celebrities, industry leaders, health and wellbeing experts and fitness instructors.

There is something for everyone in the jam-packed agenda. Highlights include:

  • Davina McCall – Lesson’s I’ve learned
  • Sir Steve Redgrave – You can win at life
  • Dr Alex George – Live well everyday
  • Dr Ayan Panja – Transform your health
  • Poorna Bell – Finding strength
  • Owen O’Kane – How to be your own therapist
  • Dr Megan Rossi – Gut health
  • Daniel Fryer – The four thoughts that f..k you up

Evening sessions have also been arrange to ensure night shift workers don’t miss out on the amazing health and wellbeing activities.

Get planning your ‘week of wellbeing’ event

To make the make of the most of the event, RWL are making the 6-10 November a week of wellbeing. So why not watch a wellbeing session as a team, plan a team wellness walk, find a shared space and try some chiquong or Blendfit, or create a buffet of heathy snacks for everyone at your base/depot/office/yard?

Whilst it is being delivered in partnership with Network Rail, the content applies to Rail and Highways industrys and we encourage everyone across all delivery teams to register and join the event.

Don’t forget to join Wellbeing Wednesday!

Wellbeing Wednesdays are hosted on the first Wednesday of every month. October’s session will be an exclusive sneak preview of some of the Get Active Live trainers who will be featuring at Rail Wellbeing Live. Nina Finlay, a certified Wim Hof instructor and Mark Peters, Tai Chi master, we’ll chat about benefits of cold therapy and importance of breath and movement. Sign up now for October’s session.
