As proud sponsors of Rail Wellbeing Live we’re excited to share that registration is now open. The industry’s largest health and wellbeing event will take place on 5-7 November 2024.
They’ll be 40 free virtual sessions that you can pick and mix, focusing on mental health, nutrition, sleep, tackling addiction, anxiety, exercise resilience and financial wellbeing and so much more. Plus they’ll be expert speakers including celebrities: Dame Kelly Holmes MBE, Stuart Pearce MBE, Ollie Ollerton and Katie Piper OBE. Alongside industry leaders, health and wellbeing experts and fitness instructors.

Whilst it is being delivered in partnership with Network Rail, the content applies to Rail and Highways industry’s, and we encourage everyone across both teams to join. Sign up on the Rail Wellbeing Live website. Everyone who registers and attends RWL 24 will be entered into the prize draw to win a £200 Decathlon gift voucher. Please make sure you set some time aside in your diary over the three days so you can join some of the amazing sessions they have on offer. All the content will be available 24/7 for two weeks after the event, but you will still need to register to access it.
New for 2024!
There will be a series of peer-to-peer sessions on offer. These sessions focus on how colleagues can learn important skills to help each other. Sessions include how to support a colleague through grief, how to spot poor mental health in a colleague and how to be an empathetic listener.
